Resources
Our Resources page brings together practical, easy-to-use tools designed to support emotional first aid, well-being, and inclusion for children and the adults who care for them.
Many of these resources are used during our training sessions and are grounded in trauma‑informed practice and real‑life experience. They are designed to support children with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN), and trauma, to help parents, carers, and professionals respond confidently and compassionately to emotional distress.
You’ll find resources to help:
- Support children’s emotional regulation, understanding, and communication
- Build safe, inclusive environments at home, in foster care, and in support settings
- Guide parents and carers in responding to challenging emotions with empathy
- Support Foster Carers and Support Workers in their vital roles caring for children with complex needs
Our resources are practical, adaptable, and rooted in emotional first aid principles—offering simple strategies that can make a meaningful difference in everyday moments.
✨ Keep an eye on this page as we continue to add and update resources to support children, families, foster carers, and professionals.
